4. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of services or as otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for complex cases requiring extra work beyond the standard scope. We reserve the right to withhold submission of tax returns until payment is received.

5. Accuracy and Liability

We will prepare your tax returns with reasonable care and skill based on the information you provide. However, we are not responsible for penalties, interest, or additional tax arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by you. You are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of your tax return.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and data protection legislation. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all fees for services provided up to the termination date. We will return all original documents and information provided by you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services or any errors or omissions in information provided by you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
